After years of safety failures, ignored whistleblowers and almost no personal accountability, how are we supposed to trust Boeing again?

After watching the “Freefall a reckoning for boeing” documentary on Netflix, I genuinely struggle to understand how we, as passengers, are ever supposed to fully trust Boeing again. This was not one isolated mistake or a problem that appeared overnight.
