Could it be possible to rebuild and strenghten the interior of a pby to put some stronger propellers on it ?

I obviously don’t have the money to do it but could it be possible to rehouse the interior as a luxury contemporary plane and to add new propellers ? (I was thinking about some turboprop but only bc I like them) [link]
