Anyone have an insight into a charter named Starjet?

Got a friend of mine interested in joining their maintenance team. Usually I know all the 135 charters around the Los Angeles area, but I have not heard of this one. I haven’t seen anything negative, but also no news about them either. Anyone got any ideas?
