Anyone know how to fix this CASA issue when downloading my digital license?

Hey guys! Just got my RPL and I’m trying to download my digital license but it keeps hitting me with this pop up. Contacted CASA but no response and when it saids use relevant form I click on it and it just takes me to a web page with FAQ’s Anyone know how to
