I requested and was granted an extension to my deferral letter, when I checked my medxpress page it says it’s in final review

I needed to get a couple of evaluations done after being deferred and am now waiting on the formal reports from them to submit to my AME, I still hadn’t gotten one of the reports before my deadline was coming up so I called the Airmen Certification
