Best country to do hour building

Getting my ppl in the UK but once I have this, want to start to hour build. What are the best value for money countries to rent aircraft and hour build? [link]
Detailed analysis

This submission doesn't contain enough source material to support a meaningful 3–5 paragraph analytical summary.

Two specific problems make this unworkable:

1. **It's a question, not an article.** The "article" is a single-sentence Reddit post asking for advice. There are no facts, developments, data, quotes, regulatory citations, cost figures, or reportable events to analyze — only a prompt.

2. **The subject matter falls outside the target audience scope.** The analysis format is calibrated for working professional and corporate pilots (airline, Part 91/91K/135, business aviation). Hour building for a UK PPL student pursuing initial licensing is a pre-professional topic that doesn't map to that readership or analytical frame.

**To get a useful output, provide one of the following:**

- A **published article** (from AVweb, Aviation Week, Flight Global, AOPA, Business Aviation Insider, AIN, etc.) on hour-building economics, pilot pipeline issues, overseas training costs, or related topics — those can absolutely be analyzed for professional pilots - The **Reddit thread's full comment section**, if the goal is to synthesize community guidance into a structured briefing (though this would require a different format than the news analysis prompt)

Happy to write the analysis as soon as there's substantive source material to work from.
