Is it significantly easier to get hired as a CFI at the school you trained at?

I have been at the same school for 3 years, PPL, IR and i just got my CPL a month ago, working on my CFI now. I've been building good relationships with the school and feel like a have a reasonable shot of getting hired as a CFI once I get it. only problem is
