Saw these at PHX the other day. KC135?

Was at PHX the other day waiting on my flight and saw a couple of these parked out in the open. Am I correct in thinking these were tankers? Edited: it was unrelated to the photo but it was my first time getting to fly on a 757 which was kinda cool [link]
